Job summary

Loughborough University is seeking a Kitchen Catering Assistant to join Estates & Facilities Management. You will work in busy campus kitchens, preparing and presenting food from standardised recipes and serving from the hot plate, while delivering high standards of customer service.

This part-time role offers 17 or 25 hours per week on open-ended, five over seven shifts across term-time, with a competitive salary from £26,108 per year and a range of University benefits.

Estates & Facilities are the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University. We provide accommodation and catering within our halls of residence and within our various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors.

We require Kitchen Catering Assistants to work within our busy campus kitchens. Duties of the role include the preparation and presentation of food, following standardised recipes, and serving from the hot plate. Within this position a high level of customer service should be maintained at all times.
