PiLON is seeking experienced Decorators to join our team on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects in social housing across Nottingham and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for self-employed tradespeople, offering a consistent, long-term workload with strong earning potential while delivering quality work in occupied properties. You’ll be part of a well-organised programme, taking pride in doing the job right.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Experience in domestic or similar work.
• Basic health & safety certifications (asbestos awareness) required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out painting and decorating works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Completing retouches and fillings following plastering works
• Applying first and second coats to achieve a high-quality finish
• Painting ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing covering pipes and wiring
• Protecting furniture and surrounding areas in occupied properties
• Working efficiently to complete at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site rules
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment in occupied properties
