Connolly Limited is recruiting Joiners, Plasterers, Tilers and Multi-Trade Operatives for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects across the North West, including Oldham, Bolton, Preston and Blackburn. Roles involve working in occupied or void social housing and delivering high-quality workmanship with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience within your trade discipline.
• Previous kitchen and/or bathroom refurbishment experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to Health & Safety.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen installations and refurbishment works.
• Bathroom refurbishment and replacement works.
• General joinery repairs and installations.
• Plastering, patching and making-good.
• Basic multi-trade works as required.
• Working within occupied and void properties.
• Delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ensuring excellent customer service to residents.
• Completing work within programme timescales.
• Maintaining safe working practices at all times.
