Job summary

Connolly Limited in Leeds is seeking skilled tradespeople including joiners, kitchen fitters, plasterers and multi-trade operatives for long-term social housing refurbishment projects across West Yorkshire.

You will work within occupied and void properties delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, joinery, plastering and multi-trade tasks safely, to schedule, with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in your chosen trade discipline.
• Previous kitchen and/or bathroom refurbishment experience.
• Experience working within social housing or occupied properties would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A positive and professional approach to work.
• Commitment to safe working practices.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works to a high standard.
• Completing kitchen installations, joinery works and general repairs.
• Carrying out plastering, patching and making-good works.
• Undertaking multi-trade activities to support programme delivery.
• Working safely within occupied and void properties.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with residents.
• Ensuring work is completed within agreed programme timescales.
• Maintaining clean, organised and safe working environments.
• Following Health & Safety policies and safe systems of work.
• Taking pride in delivering quality workmanship.
