Job summary

Connolly Limited is seeking reliable Rip Out Operatives and Drivers to support kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects across West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and Kirklees. The role involves removals, deliveries, waste management and general site duties within occupied and void properties.

Applicants should have construction or site labouring experience, a valid UK driving licence, and be capable of manual handling with a strong commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, refurbishment or site labouring.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Ability to undertake manual handling and physical work.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Reliable, professional and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs within occupied and void properties.
• Remove existing units, sanitaryware, flooring, wall coverings and fixtures.
• Safely load and unload materials, tools and equipment.
• Deliver materials to site locations as required.
• Collect waste and ensure correct disposal procedures are followed.
• Support trades operatives with site preparation activities.
• Maintain clean and safe working environments.
• Complete daily vehicle and equipment checks.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with Health & Safety requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service when working within residents' homes.
