Job summary

Connolly Limited in Leeds is seeking skilled tradespeople including joiners, kitchen fitters, plasterers and multi-trade operatives for long-term social housing refurbishment projects across West Yorkshire.

You will work within occupied and void properties delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, joinery, plastering and multi-trade tasks safely, to schedule, with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in your chosen trade discipline.
• Previous kitchen and/or bathroom refurbishment experience.
• Experience working within social housing or occupied properties would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A positive and professional approach to work.
• Commitment to safe working practices.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works to a high standard.

A Bit About the Role...

Working within occupied and void social housing properties, you'll play a key role in transforming homes and improving the day-to-day lives of residents.

You'll be responsible for delivering refurbishment works safely, professionally and to the high standards our customers expect, helping us create homes that people are proud to live in.

No two days are the same, and you'll work alongside experienced site teams who are committed to quality, customer satisfaction and getting the job done right first time.
