Job summary

Total Plumbing in Llandeilo is seeking a Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our showroom team. You will design dream spaces, help customers realise ideas, and drive showroom sales with margin targets in a customer-facing role.

In this position, you’ll create detailed designs, provide product advice, and coordinate surveys and quotations. A proactive, design-led individual with good IT skills will thrive in our busy, supportive showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Willing to learn new systems.
• Targets-driven with sales focus.
• Experience in kitchen or bathroom design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience from first contact to installation.
• Proactively reach out to trade customers and work with sales teams to generate enquiries.
• Respond to customer enquiries within 72 hours.
• Provide planning and product advice, including site/home surveys.
• Create accurate designs using Winner Flex Design software.
• Produce professional quotations via Easy Quote.
• Manage site visits and communications through the Easy Quote diary system.
• Ensure orders are processed with approved suppliers.
• Oversee order accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Maintain a smart showroom environment.
