LBS Kitchens & Bathrooms in Llandeilo is seeking a Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to help customers realise dream spaces. You’ll drive showroom sales, provide design advice, and coordinate from first contact through installation.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, design flair, and the ability to work independently while hitting margin targets. Training for design software will be provided, with a clear path to career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom design and customer consultation.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Ability to learn new design software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience from first contact to installation.
• Proactively reach out to trade customers and work with sales teams.
• Respond to customer enquiries within 72 hours.
• Provide planning and product advice, including site/home surveys.
• Create accurate designs using Winner Flex Design software (training provided).
• Produce professional quotations via Easy quote.
• Manage site visits and communications through the Easy quote diary.
• Ensure orders follow procedures and use approved suppliers.
• Oversee order accuracy and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Maintain a smart, professional showroom environment.
