Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Kitchen & Bathroom Designer in Woodford, East London. This role blends creative design with sales, delivering attractive kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms while ensuring a superb customer experience from enquiry through to installation.

You’ll work in a largely office-based, customer-facing environment, using design skills to tailor spaces to client tastes and budgets, guiding quotations into sales and managing projects to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as Interior Designer with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
• Portfolio of completed projects demonstrating creativity and design skill.
• Clear written and verbal communication with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Design kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms around customer preferences and budgets.
• Provide consultative design service and advise on products and trends.
• Guide customers from enquiry through quotation to delivery, securing sales.
• Visit customers at home for measurements and consults as required.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Work towards sales and service targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
