BaxterStorey in Watford is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our cafe team, aiding the chef with prep, plating, and maintaining high food hygiene standards. You will help keep your section clean, well stocked and ready for service, with a can-do attitude and clear communication with colleagues.

Smiley, happy, friendly, willing & keen individual required for our busy Cafe in Watford with a can do attitude who will just get on and do any task within the kitchen environment including mechanical washing up, cleaning duties & putting deliveries away. As the kitchen assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Cafe chef in maintaining high quality food preparation & presentation, taking ownership of your section, communicate effectively with the team, adhere to all food safety & hygiene regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your assigned section and throughout the kitchen.
