Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to be the heart of our operation on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes pride in its food, brand, and people, with opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people.

Your responsibilities include preparing delicious, high-quality food, keeping the kitchen clean, using equipment correctly, assisting with deliveries, and upholding our brand and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food service environment.
• Able to work part-time across shifts.
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment.
• Assist with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
