Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to be the heart of our operation. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a shift pattern of 5 out of 7 days and a 45.6 week-year. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, delivering high-quality food while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic cooking skills and ability to prepare high quality food.
• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Ensure correct use of all machinery and equipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and supplies.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
