Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to be the heart of our operation, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You’ll join a team that takes pride in its food, brand, and people, with progression opportunities within a company that invests in its people.

Key duties include preparing high-quality food, keeping the kitchen clean, using equipment correctly, and supporting deliveries. We offer strong training, life assurance, development opportunities, and a wellbeing programme.

Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Maintaining a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensuring correct use of all machinery and equipment.
• Assisting with loading/unloading deliveries and supplies.
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
