Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality, food production, catering, or another fast-paced food-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager in building a strong Family Tree and succession plan for the Kitchen team.
• Leading, coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Driving Team Happiness by role modelling Pret's Values and Behaviours.
• Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive team culture.
• Leading shifts and ensuring excellent day-to-day Kitchen operations.
• Maintaining exceptional food quality, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensuring all products are prepared and presented according to Pret standards.
• Driving availability and production standards throughout the day
• Managing stock, ordering processes and minimizing waste.
• Supporting recruitment, training, legal compliance training and graduations
• Completing regular 1:1s and supporting team development plans
• Working closely with Front of House teams to deliver great customer experience
• Supporting productivity, labor control and shop profitability
