Join us as a Kitchen Assistant to support daily prep, cleanliness and service flow. No experience required; we will train you and help you progress within the Maguro Group.

Qualifications

• No experience required, a strong work ethic and great attitude are everything
• Genuine interest in food and working in a kitchen environment
• Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Flexible for evenings and weekends
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Supporting the kitchen team with daily prep and mise en place tasks
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene throughout every service
• Assisting with dishwashing, pot washing and equipment cleaning
• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly and in line with food safety procedures
• Supporting stock rotation and waste management
• Assisting chefs during service periods as directed
