Job summary

Maguro Group is seeking team members for front-of-house roles at our London and Manchester locations. You will welcome guests, guide them through the dining experience and support service across all Maguro Group brands.

A warm, confident persona and genuine interest in food and culture are key, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays. You will work in a busy, guest-focused environment, manage orders accurately, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure memorable visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment (helpful but not mandatory).
• Warm, engaging and confident when connecting with guests.
• Able to stay focused and positive in a busy, full-service environment.
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, seating and guiding guests through the full dining experience.
• Taking and processing food and drink orders with accuracy and knowledge.
• Delivering dishes with attentiveness and allergen awareness.
• Handling guest queries and issues with warmth and professionalism.
• Processing payments and till operations.
• Keeping your section clean, presentable and welcoming.

What we're looking for

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is great, personality matters most
• Warm, engaging and genuinely confident when connecting with guests
• A real interest in food, culture and delivering a brilliant experience
• Able to stay focused and positive in a busy, full-service environment
• Flexible for evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
