Job summary

Go:Be Search Ltd in Coatbridge is hiring part-time Flexicare Bank Housekeeping Assistants to work shifts between 7.00am and 7.30pm across seven days.

This flexible option lets you manage availability with a minimum of one shift per week, paid at £12.71 per hour, with shifts scheduled in an online rota, company uniform and free on-site parking.

You will keep living areas spotless, clean kitchens and bathrooms, manage laundry, follow schedules, report issues, and respect residents’ privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or domestic cleaning in a similar role is helpful.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Respectful, patient approach with genuine desire to make a positive difference.
• Confidence using cleaning equipment and products safely.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude, even when routines are busy.

Responsibilities

• Keeping living areas spotless and presentable; maintain high standard in rooms and communal spaces.
• Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms, floors and touchpoints.
• Maintaining laundry routines; washing, drying, folding and storing items.
• Supporting a calm, organised environment by following schedules and completing tasks on time.
• Reporting maintenance concerns promptly for quick resolution.
• Following health and safety guidelines and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Respecting residents’ privacy and working discreetly.

Our Flexicare Bank option allows you to manage your own availability when you cannot commit to set hours. Offering you the flexibility to do 1 or 2 shifts per week.

We are currently looking to hire part-time Flexicare Bank Housekeeping Assistants within our Care Homes in Coatbridge working shift patterns over 7 days between 7.00am and 7.30pm. If you are an experienced Housekeeping Assistant then we would be very interested in hearing from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Keeping living areas spotless and presentable; ensuring rooms and communal spaces are maintained to a consistently high standard.
• Cleaning and sanitisingkitchens, bathrooms, floors, and touchpoints using appropriate methods and products.
• Maintaining laundry routines; washing, drying, folding, and ensuring items are handled carefully and stored correctly.
• Supporting a calm, organised environmentby following cleaning schedules and completing tasks within agreed timeframes.
• Reporting any maintenance concernspromptly so issues can be addressed quickly.
• Following health and safety guidelines, including correct use of equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Respecting residents’ privacy and working in a considerate, discreet way always.

What we’re looking for
