Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking Kitchen Assistants to help deliver tasty food and a great customer experience across our in-store restaurants, while upholding food hygiene and high operational standards.

You will join a busy kitchen team, communicate well, and learn about dietary requirements, allergies and health & safety. Previous food service experience is welcome; a positive, proactive attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about food and delivering a great customer experience.
• Experience in food service is welcome.
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting food in line with menu specification.
• Working proactively and supporting general kitchen duties.
• Working alongside the kitchen team to ensure customers are served on time.
• Developing knowledge of dietary requirements, allergies and health & safety.
