Loungers’ Barolo Lounge is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join a busy kitchen team. Earn up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, support chefs with prep, and follow hygiene and safety procedures to ensure every service runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful, but the right attitude and reliability are essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in are important for a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides.
• Work as part of one team to help deliver a brilliant customer experience.
