Job summary

Loungers is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join a busy, friendly kitchen team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean and support our chefs with food prep, ensuring we deliver freshly cooked meals on spec, on time, every time.

Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals from day one, and 50% off food and drinks. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and well organised
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across kitchen areas, equipment and washing up
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time
• Follow food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides
• Work as part of one team to deliver a brilliant customer experience
