Job summary

SSP at The Dickens Inn, St Katharine Dock, London, is hiring a Kitchen Assistant. This is a full-time 30-hour role on a fixed term contract to 31 December 2026, paying £13.43 per hour. Shifts run 10:00 to 00:00 across weekdays, weekends and holidays, with occasional overnight work in busy periods.

You will assist with cooking, prep, portioning and cleanliness, while helping maintain food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen. Applicants must be 18+.

We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available! Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 2026.

Pay Rate:£13.43 per hour

Hours of operation are 10am to 12:00 am.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.Please note this role may require occasional over night support on shifts during busy Christmas period.
