Job summary

SSP at Stansted Airport, Camden Bar & Kitchen is seeking a hands-on Chef de Partie to lead fast-paced shifts and drive kitchen performance. The role requires previous kitchen experience and leadership, with duties spanning operational leadership to maintaining hygiene and accuracy in records.

The position offers a base pay rate of £15.60 per hour, with an extra £1.50 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am, bringing the total to £17.10 per hour.

CHEF de PARTIE - STANSTED AIRPORT, CAMDEN BAR & KITCHEN

Please note previous kitchen experience is required.

Pay Rate: £15.60 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6AM, bringing your rate of pay to £17.10 per hour.

Hours of operation are 2am to 11pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within theChef de Partierole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
• Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
• At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
