Bank Hours

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
• Assist chefs in plating meals, preparing food trolleys and keeping preparation areas clean and tidy.
• Monitor stock rotation and comply with company policies, mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.

Qualifications

A passion for food, previous kitchen experience and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Ability to deliver excellent service at each meal and make residents feel at home. Strong communication skills and comfort working with the wider kitchen and care home teams.
