Thatcham Court is a purpose‑built dementia care home dedicated to caring for adults living with dementia, from early onset to complex end‑of‑life needs. The home offers nursing, residential, Parkinson's and short‑stay care, with assessments within 48 hours and, in some cases, same‑day admission. Residents receive well‑crafted menus made with fresh ingredients and individual diet plans are incorporated into each meal. Activities such as reminiscence, exercise and music classes keep residents physically and mentally stimulated, and the community atmosphere ensures everyone feels at home.
A passion for food, previous kitchen experience and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Ability to deliver excellent service at each meal and make residents feel at home. Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with kitchen and care‑home teams.
