Rudy's, part of Mission Mars, is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support the engine room of our kitchen. No prior experience required—join a dynamic team and learn on the job while helping with prep, cleaning, restocking, and daily duties.

The role offers 15–30 hours per week, part-time, with training and progression into more senior roles within a growing company. Benefits include staff discounts, meal perks, and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with prep work before and during service.

• Help with deliveries and stock rotation.
• Be a reliable, positive presence in a fast-moving kitchen.

Position: Kitchen Assistant

Salary: £13.45 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus

Contract: Part time available

We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. No prior kitchen experience needed - just a strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You'll be the engine room of our kitchen: prepping ingredients, keeping things spotless, and making sure the Pizzaiolos have everything they need.

We are looking for someone who can do between 15-30 hours per week. Hiring for Multiple positions.

Your day-to-day

• Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service
• Washing up and maintaining a clean, well-organised workspace throughout
• Restocking ingredients and supplies so the kitchen never runs dry
• Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Helping with deliveries and stock rotation
• Being a reliable, positive presence in a fast-moving kitchen
