Job summary

Mission Mars is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for Rudy's. No prior kitchen experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You’ll prep ingredients, keep the kitchen spotless, and make sure the Pizzaiolos have everything they need.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service
• Washing up and maintaining a clean, well-organised workspace throughout
• Restocking ingredients and supplies so the kitchen never runs dry
• Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Helping with deliveries and stock rotation
• Being a reliable, positive presence in a fast-moving kitchen

Salary: £13.45 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus

Contract: Full time / Part time available

We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. No prior kitchen experience needed - just a strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You'll be the engine room of our kitchen: prepping ingredients, keeping things spotless, and making sure the Pizzaiolos have everything they need.

Your day-to-day

• Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service
