Job summary

Rose Court Care Home in Radcliffe, Manchester, is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support high‑quality meals in a clean, safe kitchen. This hands‑on role involves food preparation, maintaining hygiene, and assisting with deliveries, storage and stock with the Chef and team.

Contracted to 35 hours per week with paid DBS, pension, uniform provided, 5.6 weeks’ annual leave, and opportunities for training and progression within Care Concern Group.

Qualifications

• Positive and reliable approach.

• Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.

Kitchen Assistant

• £12.95 - £13.45 per hour

Role Overview

As Kitchen Assistant, you will support the delivery of high quality meals within a clean, safe and well organised kitchen environment. This is a hands on role where your contribution helps ensure meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.

You will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness across the kitchen and assist with deliveries, storage and stock organisation. Working closely with the Chef and wider team, you will help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely at all times.

This role offers a consistent routine and the opportunity to build or develop your experience within a supportive and well organised kitchen environment.
