The role

Our Kitchen Assistants support the kitchen team in creating positively memorable dining experiences for our guests. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, this role is based at our attractive hotel in Stoke.

Kitchen Assistant duties include:

1. Dishwashing: Hand washing or loading dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery into the dishwasher.
2. Delivery Organisation: Receiving and organising deliveries in the kitchen.
3. Storage Management: Keeping storage areas organised for easy access to ingredients.
4. Waste Removal: Emptying waste bins and disposing of waste promptly.
5. Basic Food Preparation: Supporting with basic food prep during busy times.
6. Material Collection: Collecting materials or ingredients for chefs as needed.
