Our Kitchen Assistants support the kitchen team in creating positively memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is based at our attractive hotel in Courtyard by Marriott Gatwick (RH6 0NT).

• Dishwashing: All dishes, from pots and pans to cutlery, are either hand washed or loaded into the dishwasher.
• Delivery Organisation: Responsible for receiving deliveries and ensuring they are organized in the kitchen.
• Storage Management: Organize storage so all ingredients are easily accessible.
• Waste Removal: Empty waste bins and dispose of waste promptly.
• Basic Food Preparation: Support with basic food prep during busy periods.
• Material Collection: Collect materials or ingredients as needed by chefs.

Beyond these duties, you'll represent our company values and culture, ensuring service excellence remains our top priority.
