Job summary

Almond Family Pubs is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team in a fast-paced pub environment around Stockport. No prior experience is required; bring a great attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn, and you’ll be supported with training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Wash pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with basic food prep when needed
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
• Help with unloading and storing deliveries
• Keep fridges, freezers, and dry stores organised
• Empty bins and manage waste safely
• Support chefs and kitchen team during busy periods
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety procedures
• Be a reliable and supportive part of the kitchen team
