Job summary

Almond Family Pubs is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Head and Sous Chefs, mentoring junior team members and delivering exceptional quality food. Our 4 pubs around Stockport offer a family-run environment with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A passion for cooking and delivering perfectly cooked, delicious dishes.
• Able to cook to spec and be aware of GP's and budgets.
• Great communication and ability to work as part of a team; appetite to grow.
• Put customers at the heart of everything you do.
• Good working knowledge of kitchen and food hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Head and Sous Chef and mentor junior team members.
• Deliver exceptional quality food across shifts.
• Cook to spec and manage GP/budget awareness.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
