Job summary

A family-run builders merchant in Frome is seeking a Kitchen & Bathroom Sales and Design Consultant to provide exceptional service and design beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. The successful candidate will work with both trade and retail customers, utilizing ArtiCAD software. Full training is provided for those without experience in ArtiCAD. This position offers a full-time role with continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience using ArtiCAD is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Experience with ArtiCAD is preferred but training will be provided.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Design beautiful kitchens and bathrooms using ArtiCAD software.
• Provide excellent service to customers in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Provide outstanding service to trade and retail customers.

Kitchen & Bathroom Sales and Design Consultant - Frome

Job Type: Full Time

Hours: 42.5 per week, Monday - Friday with alternate Saturdays

Location: Frome

Our 7 Kitchen & Bathroom showrooms are based in Bournemouth, Frome, Gillingham, Newport (IOW), Salisbury, Southampton, and Warminster. We provide all our customers with a bespoke, free design service before they commit to a brand-new kitchen or bathroom because we understand how important home renovations are. We want all our customers to feel appreciated, satisfied, and happy from the beginning to the end of the process.

The Role

The successful candidate will be selling contemporary and traditional kitchens and bathrooms from the UK’s leading manufacturers to both trade and retail customers.

You will spend your time designing beautiful kitchens and bathrooms using the latest ArtiCAD software, interacting with customers visiting the showroom, over the phone, and via email. You’ll provide all customers with excellent service.
