Job summary

Simon Acres Recruitment represents a well-established independent merchant in Northamptonshire, seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales specialist to manage the showroom and deliver premium design solutions.

You will engage with trade professionals and retail customers, create CAD-based bathroom layouts, nurture supplier relationships, drive sales, and generate new business leads while enjoying a supportive team and benefits.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in a targeted environment with meeting/exceeding targets.
• 1 year+ experience creating bathroom and/or kitchen designs and layouts.
• Proactive mindset with drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations to create a welcoming, professional environment.
• Engage with trade professionals and retail customers to understand needs and provide suitable product solutions; use CAD to create bathroom designs/layouts.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure product availability and stay updated on trends.
• Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and promotions.
• Proactively bring in new business and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for customers
• Proactively engage with both trade professionals and retail customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering suitable product solutions and utilise CAD software to create detailed Bathroom designs and layouts, helping customers visualise their projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability and stay updated on industry trends
• Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities
• Take a proactive approach to bringing in new business, including generating leads

Requirements:

• A proven track record of working in a targeted environment and achieving or exceeding this
