Job summary

Panku in Edinburgh is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our Streetfood team as a Kiosk Team Member. You will contribute to daily service, uphold high standards, and help deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will lead shifts in the absence of the Kiosk Manager, assist with opening/closing, manage stock, and support sales and food cost targets while fostering a positive, energised team culture. This role offers fantastic hours, free YO!

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food service or hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Kiosk Manager with the day-to-day running of the kiosk.
• Lead shifts confidently in the absence of the Manager, ensuring smooth operations throughout service.
• Oversee food preparation and maintain high food quality and service standards.
• Manage stock levels and ordering to help achieve production and waste targets.
• Support the achievement of sales, labour, and food cost targets to drive profitability.
• Motivate and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Foster a positive team culture built on teamwork, engagement, and support.
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment, leading by example and reporting any issues promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and provide leadership during operational hours.
