Job summary

Panku Streetfood in Edinburgh is hiring for an Operations role. The successful candidate will support the Kiosk Manager, lead shifts when needed, and ensure high standards of food quality and service are delivered.

• Support the Kiosk Manager with day-to-day running of the kiosk.
• Lead shifts confidently in the absence of the Manager.
• Oversee food preparation and maintain high quality standards.

• Support sales, labour and food cost targets to drive profitability.
• Motivate and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Foster a positive team culture built on teamwork and support.
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment and report issues promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and provide leadership during hours.
