Panku in Aberdeen is seeking an enthusiastic Streetfood Kiosk Lead to join our growing team. You will support the Kiosk Manager, lead shifts, and ensure high-quality food and friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Kiosk Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Lead shifts in the Manager's absence to ensure smooth service.
• Oversee food preparation and maintain high quality and service standards.
• Manage stock levels and ordering to hit production and waste targets.
• Support the achievement of sales, labour, and food cost targets to drive profitability.
• Motivate and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Foster a positive team culture built on teamwork, engagement, and support.
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment, reporting issues promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and provide leadership during operational hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Kiosk Manager with the day-to-day running of the kiosk.
