Job summary

eastlandsvsl is seeking a Section Manager to lead a designated area of retail concessions, ensuring top quality food, service standards and operational excellence across multiple kiosks.

You will work with the Head of Retail, Culinary teams and Retail Team Leaders to coach your teams, uphold food safety and compliance, and enhance commercial performance while delivering an outstanding fan experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a designated area of retail concessions to deliver outstanding fan experiences.
• Coach and develop team members to uphold high standards of food safety, service quality and compliance.
• Drive operational efficiency, profitability and commercial performance across multiple kiosks, especially during busy matchdays and events.
