Job summary

Canary is expanding its Kiosk activation program across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We seek a Kiosk Implementation Specialist to lead on-site deployments at hotels, translate hotel workflows into configurations, test kiosks with live reservations, and train staff to ensure seamless self‑service experiences.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to optimize Opera PMS integrations, manage hardware rollout, and ensure flawless go-lives across brands and properties in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on hotel operations experience (front desk, manager, etc).
• Expert-level proficiency in Opera PMS including reservations, routing, folios and payments.
• Experience managing complex hotel scenarios: group blocks, shared reservations, split payments, corporate billing, integrations.
• Willingness to travel 40‑50% of the time for on‑site implementations across EMEA.
• Fluency or strong skills in an additional European language is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Kiosk properties from qualification through post-go-live support.
• Complete technical qualification questionnaires and assess Opera PMS readiness.
• Configure hardware (iPads, key encoders, payment terminals) and coordinate PMS integrations.
• Manage hardware shipments and shipping logistics, including packaging and testing.
• Deploy on-site at hotels, run test reservations, ensure end‑to‑end check‑in flow.
• Train hotel staff during onsite visits on SOPs and support post deployment.
• Validate real‑world readiness using tools to configure kiosks for operations.
• Surface product feedback to Engineering and Product for improvements.
