Job summary

Canary Technologies is seeking a Kiosk Implementation Specialist to lead on-site deployments across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will translate hotel workflows into product requirements, test kiosk hardware, and ensure end-to-end check-in success with live guests.

You will train hotel staff, own onboarding playbooks, and travel 40–50% to properties. Experience with Opera PMS and multiple PMS systems is essential to scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hotel operations experience (Front Desk/Rooms) required.
• Expert Opera PMS knowledge including reservations and folios.
• Track record of managing complex hotel scenarios and group blocks.
• Comfort with modern collaboration tools and engineering/product teams.
• Strong communication across hotel staff to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Kiosk properties from qualification to post-go-live support.
• Assess Opera PMS readiness and participate in go/no-go decisions.
• Configure iPads, encoders and payment terminals; coordinate with PMS teams.
• Oversee hardware shipments and on-site deployments across EMEA.
• Travel 40–50% to hotel properties to deploy and test check-in flows.
• Train hotel staff and develop SOPs for scalable rollouts.
• Validate real-world readiness using live reservation data and routing rules.
• Collect field feedback for product improvements with Engineering.
