Job summary

Canary Technologies is seeking a Kiosk Implementation Specialist to lead on-site deployments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll translate hotel workflows into product configurations, test kiosk hardware, and support go-lives with live guests.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and customer success, develop scalable playbooks, and train hotel staff to confidently support the technology. This role requires strong ops know-how and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hotel operations at Front Desk/GM roles.
• Expert Opera PMS proficiency with complex reservations.
• Experience with group blocks, routing, and multi-folio work.
• Comfort with modern tools: Slack, Notion, Claude.
• Strong communications with staff to leadership.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%.
• Experience with other PMS systems commonly used in EMEA.
• Experience training hotel staff on new tech.
• Fluency in an additional European language.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding execution for Kiosk properties end-to-end.
• Conduct property qualification with Success & Engineering.
• Configure and pair hardware with PMS integrations.
• Manage hardware shipments and logistics.
• Deploy on-site at hotel properties across EMEA.
• Train hotel staff on SOPs and usage.
• Validate real-world readiness with live reservations.
• Surface product feedback to Engineering and Product.
