Job summary

Canary Technologies is seeking a Kiosk Implementation Specialist to lead on-site deployments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll analyze hotel workflows, configure kiosks with Opera PMS, and be on-site during go-lives to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Working with engineering and customer success, you’ll translate hotel operations into actionable product requirements, train staff, and scale playbooks across brands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on hotel operations experience (front desk, rooms, or leadership).
• Experience leading on-site kiosk or technology deployments in hotels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with hotel staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for Kiosk properties from qualification to post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Customer Success & Engineering on technical qualification questionnaires and go/no-go decisions.
• Configure and pair hardware (iPads, encoders, payment terminals) with PMS integrations.
• Manage hardware shipments, packaging, validation, and delivery tracking.
• Deploy on-site at hotels, lead setup, run test reservations, ensure seamless check-in flow.
• Train hotel staff using SOPs to support kiosk post-deployment.
• Validate real-world readiness using reservation data and advise on operational practices.
• Document gaps and feedback to product/engineering for improvements.
