Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant on a bank contract to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist homes.

You’ll follow cleaning schedules, support infection control, and assist with laundry, bringing a kind and respectful approach to residents, visitors and team. Full training is provided; organisation and time-management are valued, with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is helpful but training is provided.
• Able to follow cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures.
• Ability to work with care, compassion and respect for residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules set by team lead.
• Use products safely and maintain infection control standards.
• Assist with laundry and linen care.
• Report issues or repairs as needed.
