Lancashire County Council in Burscough is seeking a part-time Kids Club Manager for BVPS. You will lead a busy after-school club, plan activities and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children aged up to the primary school age.

You will oversee bookings, records, staff rotas and training, and work to continually improve the provision while communicating with parents and carers. DBS and safeguarding compliance are required.

Formación

• Essential qualification in child care or equivalent.
• Experience with administrative tasks and safeguarding.
• Ability to lead staff and manage a busy out of school club.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Kids Club provision with a varied activity programme.
• Manage online bookings, registers and records for the club.
• Plan staff rotas and allocate work, and deliver staff training.
• Safeguarding, health and safety compliance and EYFS requirements.
• Communicate positively with parents and carers and monitor quality.
