Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Sheffield is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to support store performance and maintain high standards. 12 hours per week. Join a brand with a spirit of British style and a focus on lifelong moments.

As a Key Holder you will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with stock, and help run the store when management isn’t present. Previous retail experience and good IT skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting atmosphere and deliver outstanding service to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with company guidelines.
• Be flexible to meet store needs and support the team.

Purpose Of The Role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store

Key Skills and Experience

Essential
