Job summary

TM Lewin is opening a new store at Bluewater Shopping Centre and is seeking part-time Keyholders to join the team. You will support daily operations and help drive sales during the launch.

This role suits someone with solid retail experience who wants progression toward management. Hours are flexible with a minimum of 15 hours per week, and availability from November 2026 is requested. Weekend and early/late shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience essential.
• Keyholder background preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 15 hours per week and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store independently while maintaining standards.
• Handle cashing up, safe checks, and banking when required.
• Take charge on the shop floor in the absence of senior staff.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and model brand standards.
• Coach colleagues on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain floor presentation and stock replenishment during peak times.
• Support training and onboarding of new colleagues.
