Job summary

T.M. Lewin is opening a new store at Bluewater shopping centre later this year and is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to build the team and establish standards that deliver an outstanding customer experience from day one. In this role you will contribute to store performance, team development and operational standards, leading from the front on the shop floor and role-modeling excellent service to help the business grow as it

Qualifications

• Retail experience at supervisor or management level.
• Confident supporting team performance and addressing issues proactively.
• Strong customer service focus with a hands-on approach.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs.
• Organised, reliable, and able to maintain consistent standards.
• Motivated to develop into a Store Manager role over time with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team on the shop floor and coach colleagues.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support sales performance.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock management.
• Support promotions and seasonal launches.
