TM Lewin is opening a new store at Bluewater and seeks part-time Keyholders to join the team. You will support daily operations, drive sales, and work closely with store management to maintain high standards.

Flexible hours are available with a minimum of 15 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone with retail experience looking to move toward management while delivering a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in fashion or high street preferred.
• Keyholder background strongly preferred.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.
• Positive, collaborative communicator who enjoys teamwork.
• Passion for tailoring, fashion, and delivering premium shopping experiences.
• Flexible to cover weekends, early opens and late closes.
• Motivated to develop into a store management role over time.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store independently, maintain security and standards.
• Handle cashing up, banking responsibilities when required.
• Lead on the shop floor in the absence of senior management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and coach colleagues on sales techniques.
• Maintain floor presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, replenishment and promotions during peak trading.
• Support training and onboarding of new colleagues and communicate daily priorities.
