Qualifications

• Have previous experience of supporting vulnerable people
• Understand individual supports needs and how to positively manage risk while supporting recovery
• Be a great communicator both verbally and in writing
• Have good problem-solving skills
• Capability to use a wide range of digital software
• Great organisational and observational skills

Responsibilities

• Show enthusiasm for helping others and be approachable to support customers in achieving goals
• Support customers to gain the individual skills required to live more independently
• Support with personal care where needed including administration of medication
