At Cranstoun, we are recruiting a Key Worker for our Derby Drug and Alcohol Service to support people to reduce harm, improve wellbeing and pursue recovery. You will manage a caseload, deliver structured interventions, assess needs, and work with partners to provide holistic support in a trauma-informed setting.
You will join a multidisciplinary team, deliver one-to-one and group work, maintain records, and engage individuals who may face barriers to access. DBS checks apply.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and with a range of partner agencies to ensure people receive the right support at the right time.
