Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Warehouse & FLT Key Operative to support our warehouse operations. You will handle goods receipt, stock picking, replenishment and put-away, and you may operate a forklift to load stock for dispatch. The role emphasizes safe working practices to protect products and customers.

Rotas include weekend work, and having your own transport is advantageous due to shift times and site location. We offer strong benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have reached school leaving age.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Good level of fitness.
• Able to work in environments with varying temperatures, and which may be noisy or dusty.
• Desirable: previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of warehouse tasks including bringing products in, picking stock, replenishing and putting away goods.
• Operate a forklift truck and loading stock for despatch.
• Work safely and in line with food and health and safety policies to ensure products arrive in the best condition at the store.

More about the role

As a Warehouse & FLT Key Operative you'll be absolutely critical to the operation! You'll be supported and trained up to do a variety of warehouse tasks, such as bringing products in, picking stock, replenishing and putting away goods, driving a forklift truck and loading stock for despatch.

You’ll work safely and carefully, with food and health and safety policies in mind every day, so that our products are looked after and arrive in the best condition at the store ready for our customers.

Please note that:

• All rotas include an element of weekend working


• Having your own transport would be advantageous due to shift times and location of site
